“Sara zoekt werk” is the center of it all. Its where all her implemented social media channels come together. Amongst other things it will feature updates that appear on the Facebook fanpage, the Twitter account, photos posted in the Flickr stream and off course her resume.
Help her out. Send her interesting job openings, become a fan on Facebook or contact her with a job offer!
One off the things you can also do to get her noticed is embed the banner below on your blog/website. You can find the code overhere.
Last Thursday we were able to invite a selection of bloggers for a rather exclusive event at Volvo Cars Ghent. Together with VVL BBDO (Volvo’s agency) a social media approach has been devised which we will be implementing throughout the next months. Amongst other stuff a factory visit was scheduled for Belgian/Dutch carblogs and several car enthusiasts amongst the Enchanté Heroes. None of them really knew what to expect, but in the end we think everyone returned home more than satisfied (although some would have loved to have gotten their own set of carkeys )
Scope of the event was to give an exclusive preview of the new S60 model, which will entirely be assembled within the Ghent plant. Right now the first test models for dealers across the globe are rolling of the assembly line and in September the full production will start up.
Everyone arrived on time and was in for a treat. A short introduction was followed by a presentation of Volvo’s production principles and production processes. What followed was an interesting tour throughout the production facility. Robots, … and a lot of friendly workers who gave e everyone a smile!
The best was saved for last as everyone got the opportunity to test-drive the new S60 on Volvo track. A track with cobbles, potholes and bends, giving everyone the first opportunity to experience the car. Some of the speed devils among us even unleashed the car’s engine to say the least. Boys and their toys
This proves that sometimes a successful so-called social media campaign can be as simple as being proud of what you make, how you make it and the people that make it. You just need to show it to the right people.
